Chunpeng Group was founded in 1994. Its headquarters is located in Daqiuzhuang Industrial Zone, Jinghai District, Tianjin. Its industries are distributed in Tianjin, Chongqing, and Yunnan Province. The total registered capital is 315 million. It is a joint-stock enterprise specializing in the production of prestressed concrete steel strands, mining anchor cable steel strands, unbonded steel strands, galvanized steel strands, photovoltaic brackets and accessories. Its products are widely used in railway and highway bridges, coal mine tunnel support, water conservancy and hydropower station construction, geotechnical anchoring engineering, high-rise buildings, stadium construction, nuclear power plants, LNG gas storage fields, new energy photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation and other important areas of national economic construction.

Adequate production capacity:

The Group has 7 production bases across the country (4 in Tianjin, 2 in Chongqing, and 1 in Yunnan), with a total steel strand production capacity of 700,000 tons/year, which can fully meet the supply requirements of various construction projects.

Advanced technology: The company provides two production processes, "acid-free process" and "acid-free process" to meet the needs of different customers. The "acid-free process" was developed by Chunpeng. This process reduces the consumption of 64kg of clean water, 5.5kg of gas, 6kg of hazardous waste - waste acid and the amount of waste gas generated by each product in the traditional pickling process to 0! It achieves green and low-carbon operation.

Product structure: 1*3, 1×7, 1×19. Diameter range: φ6~32, covering a wide range of domestic and international needs, and can be customized according to customer's personalized requirements. It can also produce unbonded steel strands, slow-bonded steel strands, anti-corrosion and weather-resistant steel strands, galvanized steel strands and other derivative products.
