Product introduction:

Structure and specifications: Usually composed of 2, 3, 7 or 19 high-strength steel wires, common specifications are 15-7Φ5, 12-7Φ5, etc. Take 15-7Φ5 as an example, "5" means that the diameter of a single steel wire is 5.0mm, "7Φ5" means that 7 such steel wires form a steel strand, and "15" means that the diameter of each strand is about 15mm.

Material and production: High-carbon steel wire rods are used, and after surface treatment, they are cold-drawn into steel wires, and then a certain number of steel wires are twisted into strands, and finally subjected to stress-relieving stabilization treatment. To extend durability, the steel wires can be galvanized, coated with epoxy resin, etc.

Performance characteristics: It has the characteristics of high strength and good relaxation performance. The common tensile strength grade is 1860MPa, and there are also strength grades such as 1720MPa and 1770MPa. The yield strength is also very high.
